Day 1: Pick up from the hotel, visit to the local Agroforestry Farm and Night Caimaneo.
Day 2: Excursion to Collpa de Loros la Cachuela, visit Butterfly Tambopata.
DETAILED ITINERARY DAY 1
Day 1. VISIT AN AGROFORESTRY FARM & SPOTTING CAIMANS
Pick up at Hotel Enai after breakfast time, then cross the river by boat to visit a local organic farm of a local family in the community of Bajo Madre de Dios. During the visit to the farm, you will learn about Amazon organic agroforestry and appreciate different plantations of tropical crops, such as bananas, papaya, guaba, cacao, start fruit, mango, acerola, pineapple, sugar cane, oranges, tangerines and lemons, avocado, caimito, cocona, amazonian chile and yucca. Of course, according to seasonal availability, you can also try them!
Upon returning to the hotel.

SPOTTING CAIMANS: After sunset, we will leave in the boat to experience the river at night and, with a bit of luck, we will see small caimans and capybaras on the banks of the river. Being on the river at night is also a great opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking view of the stars and the moon.

Día 2. CACHUELA PARROT CLAY LICK & TAMBOPATA BUTTERFLY HOUSE
We will leave the hotel Enai at 5 am to travel approximately 45 minutes by boat upstream and reach the clay clay lick when parrots are most active. The Cachuela collpa is the perfect place for bird lovers to see parrots and parakeets, such as the yellow-fronted parrot, the mealy parrot and, occasionally, the blue-headed macaw and other small macaws, we will continue to observe the activity of the clay lick while sharing a snak and enjoy the sunrise!
We will return to the hotel at breakfast time. Duration: 3 hours

VISIT A TAMBOPATA BUTTERFLY HOUSE
A return trip by boat to the city allows us to make a stop on the way to the airport to visit the butterfly house, a fascinating display of variety, beauty and adaptation of plants and insects
harmonize this house and invite us to be part of it a few minutes. Peru has the largest variety of butterflies in the world, with 3700 recognized species, we will know some in this activity.
